2024 Spring/Summer
- Reserve Fund Policy: added severance, percentages calculated on charges instead of gross revenue. July 22nd BoD Review.
- CoCo in Lieu: approved an error within TOPBODICC who manages the BoD manual, placing it under CoCo purview. Interim CoCo Approval.
- CoCo in Lieu: created a new team (Archive Team) Interim CoCo Approval.
- CoCo in Lieu (2): finalized changes from Chapter 2, 4, and the policy review chart below. Interim CoCo Approval.
2024 Fall
- 2024 Outgoing Standing Rules: reorganized, created TOPBODICC, and moved to wiki. 2023-34 BoD Review
- Committee for Conflict Resolution: new committee created, relocated 2 chapters of the SR's to TOPBODICC. October 7th BoD Approval
Policy Reviews
In addition to each policy’s text, the wiki shall also include a line on the top of each policy indicating the body responsible for reviewing each policy annually and when they do that. For each policy, the body tasked with reviewing and the body tasked with approving changes are listed below:

Calendar of Reviews
For all policies, reviews must be completed annually. Future VPs for Operations Management are tasked with ensuring policy reviews occur. Policy reviews must be completed by the end of the month according to the table below:
